Ms. Shahzeidi is a seasoned organizational leader with over 20 years of experience in directing organizations of varying sizes to streamline and maximize their business capabilities. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen ability to identify and acquire the best human capital to align with corporate culture, strategy, and vision.
Having started her career on the agency side with Robert Half, Ms. Shahzeidi has garnered invaluable insights and skills in talent acquisition and management. Her successful experience includes supporting multimillion-dollar Fortune 500 organizations such as AWS, Hilton Headquarters, and CGI.
Passionate about cultivating meaningful relationships and driving engagement and growth, Ms. Shahzeidi thrives on helping people realize their potential. Her dedication to coming up with creative solutions to business challenges is evident in her track record of success.

He has achieved outstanding recognition for business leadership and as a member of the U.S. Armed Forces. Mr. Tuminello is a graduate of Loyola University and Loyola Army R.O.T.C
